Out tonight!

Paul picked me up from work today and we went to Station Square. We ate at The Melting Pot, which is a lovely fondue restaurant. A little pricey, but worth it. We started out with a swiss cheese fondue, then we had salad, then we had our main entree, which consisted of shrimp, tuna, chicken, and two kinds of beef, as well as broccoli, potatoes, and mushrooms to cook in the boiling broth. We finished up with a Turtle flambe.

Then we went out to listen to the free concert that was going on outside. We caught the end of the second act, The Delaneys, which I enjoyed, then Sister Hazel took the stage. They were just getting started when lightening started arcing across the sky. It was very cool--the lightening was actually behind the clouds, you could see it through gaps. Then it started to rain.

It was amazing. The people who were there to drink got out of the rain, but the people who were there for the music all moved up and we sang and danced and jumped up and down and clapped and got completely soaked.

I had a great night.
