My weekend was awesome.

Paul and I drove up to my parents' house on Saturday. We went over to Lake Wilhelm, rented bikes, and biked the 12 mile trail around the lake. Then we out to Meadville for dinner at Red Lobster, then we went to go see Hairspray, which was pretty awesome. On Sunday, we went out to the lake with Matt, Ian, and Ian's girlfriend Ashley. We I got to water ski, and I got up on slalom 3 times. I didn't stay up very well, but I successfully got out of the water. My friend Marie from work and her boyfriend Chip drove up and met us at the lake and had their first time ever water skiing experience, too. Chip was a natural, and Marie was getting it, but she was pretty exhausted. I did a bit of swimming, too, and now my body is really not happy with me for overusing it all of a sudden. But I don't mind too much. It was worth it.

We went straight from my parents' to Justin's house, where we played D&D. It was a lot of fun. Then, yesterday night, Paul and I went and played some more D&D with a few people from our writing group. That was a lot of fun, too. My new character is a cleric.

Today, I skipped class for a job interview, but the interview got bumped to tomorrow at the last second. I'm a little annoyed by this, but I'll deal. Now I'm waiting for Paul to get home so we can have dinner and then I have a massage at the school, then it'll be time to go to our writer's meeting. I have a story up for review. And I should be hearing back about one of the stories I submitted soon. Like any minute now, soon. I'm compulsively checking my email. It's probably not healthy.

But yeah, the last few days have been really good.
