A lovely weekend

Paul took me out to W.G. Grinders for dinner on Friday, and then we went to the laser light show at the science center. The main part of the show was U2 songs, then at the end we got to select the songs. It was really cool.

We didn't do too much this weekend, really. We got Paul's car back from his parents by meeting them at the Golden Corral which was okay but nothing too special, and we cleaned a little and watched a lot of The 4400, which we borrowed from Paul's mom. It's a good show. Alison came over on Saturday and told me all about her date on Thursday and we watched an episode of Firefly. Paul and I went to the gaming store so I could order the next Gunslinger Girl manga for him. Paul got a box of minis and he gave me the small copper dragon he pulled out because he has one already. He got a huge black dragon with a sorcerer riding it. He was really happy with his haul.

It was a nice relaxing weekend. And now I'm back at work for today and tomorrow, then I have classes, then I'm going to have Friday off to practice and study and write. At least that's the plan. Then on Saturday it's World D&D Day!!
