Problems with technology
So, whichever one I have as my current avatar is the one that shows up here. It could be me, Savannah, or Suzy. It's really annoying. I'm trying to figure out how to fix it. I'm really spending too much time on something this silly. But damn it, they are cute!!
Look! I'm so cute.
So, Betsy made a yahoo avatar. So I had to too. And since I was bored, I kept at it. I wanted to make my avatar a boyfriend, but I can't seem to get back and make guys, I can only make girls. So, here's me. I'm going to try to post Suzy and Savannah, too.

On my yahoo account they can make happy, excited, sad, angry, or suprised faces. They are awesome.

Accomplishments!
This has been a good week for getting things done. I just wrote my first writing from the self paper. It's about my plane trip to Ireland. If anyone wants to read it (I don't know why anyone would, it's nonfiction for heavens sake) let me know and I can email it to you or something. I'm also doing pretty well on my time travel writing piece. And, we've picked out all of the pieces that will be appearing in this year's issue of Baily's Beads. I got a fiction piece in! It'll be my first published piece of prose. I'm excited. I also rearanged my poetry this week, and I worked on editing some of my better older poems, trashed some newer horrid ones, and created a file called "Bad Poetry" with subfolders of "Worthless" and "Almost Worthless" There's more than 100 poems in it. It's scary.
I also went skiing this week, but only for a little bit, because Artie and Harriet wanted to get back, which was totally cool with me. It was raining. Skiing in the rain is just strange.
Last night, Paul and I went to see The Producers, which was great. I'd recomend it. Then, Savannah and I watched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. She was disturbed by Casey Jones' package. I was too, after she pointed it out.
I was supposed to go belly dance with Suzy, but I forgot and I feel horrible. I'm going to have to make it up to her somehow. I promised.
Tonight, Jillian is coming, and she's going to play in a one-shot with us that Paul is running. I'm looking forward to it.
Paul and I are making plans to go to Gen Con. It's in August. I'm pretty sure it's not the same time that I'm planning on being in North Carolina. If we each run four D&D slots, we get free passes. And a free t-shirt.
Ooh, and Harriet *hearts* dead people. I've got to make her a shirt. ^_~

In regards to red bannanas..
They are super yummy. And I don't think that they are plotting to take over my body. *crosses fingers* Even if they are, I'm willing to take that chance.
Victory, victory, victory!
I finished my afgan!!! Go me! *dance* And we've finalized our selections for Baily's Beads! And none of my stuff got cut. I'm.. just proud of myself all around today. *more dancing*

Oh, and one more thing..
I got an email from the registrar's office, and everything should be golden for me to graduate. I don't really trust them, so I'll keep checking up, but I think everything is sorted out.
And there's three posts in like 45 minutes, if that. So go me and making up for being slow for the past month.

Books!
I went to lunch with Lance yesterday,a nd he gave me my Christmas presents. I got three books, two by Bruce Coville, who is one of my favorites, because I'm eternally ten years old. I just finished the first of them, Juliet Dove, Queen of Love. I am many much happy. It was good.
Happy Birthday, to both Betsy and Jeff!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BETSY! I LOVESESES MY SISTER!!
And Happy Birthday to you too, Jeff. ^_~
Yesterday was my first ski class. I started on the bunny hill with Artie and Harriet before my lesson, then my teacher took us up it a few more times before taking us up another whoooole bunch of hills. I was in the beginning class with five other girls, who I actually talked to, go me being social.
So, we went down this monster hill, and I'm okay at skiing, sort of, thanks to practice at water skiing, but I did almost hit a tree, I saw it and panicked and switched to water skiing stance, landing me on my ass, 20 feet above the bottom of the hill. I was mad, I almost made it the whole way down. Then, we had to get on another lift and ride up to the top of a blue hill (which is a step up from an green one, and just one below a black one) and we had to ski back down it to get back to the lodge. I got down to one stopping place, and tried to stop next to a girl from my class and ended up sliding on my face, past her, and almost into the path of a snowmobile. Then, I got up and started down again, when I promptly ran into a dude. I saw him swoop in front of me just in time to shout "OH GOD!" (I was shouting other obscenities at random points throughout the night. Thankfully, there weren't tooo many small children around.) But after that massive fall, which left both me and the dude on our backs, I managed to get the rest of the way down without incident. When I finally got down, I went up the bunny hill with Hilary a couple more times, then we hung out in the lodge till Artie and Harriet were ready to go. Those two have crazy stamina.
Today, I had classes. I like my classes this semester. A lot. Then, after dinner I came to work. I skipped out for a few minutes to try out for the play, but after my first one, I told Kevin that I only had about ten more minutes, and he told me to I could go. *sigh* He couldn't have been more clear unless he said, "Jamie, you suck and you know you have no chance. You're wasting your time, and you're wasting my time. Go away." So, I went. But, that's pretty much what I expected. But Savannah was looking really good, I got to see a couple of scenes that she did. I didn't see Paul or Taylor audition, but I'm hoping that they all get parts.
Tomorrow, I get to go bellydance with Suzy, and then play Buffy. Life really is good.
And Happy Birthday to you too, Jeff. ^_~

Mayham! Mishap! And general fucking incompetence!
So, first, the people in the registrar's office lose my graduation application. I handed it in early. And so, in reward for me being on the ball, they misplace my paperwork. Then, separately, they lose my substitution forms. Which I also filled out early, being very studious about getting all of the right signatures and placing the papers into the right people's very FUCKING HANDS. Somehow, these things are missing. I am pretty unhappy about it. But, luckily, not trusting in their competence, I have been checking on them, and hopefully if I keep nagging they will let me graduate. That's the hope anyway. Though for a few minutes, when I was in there a bit ago, I thought that they might have lost my ENTIRE FILE. Yet, strangely, they always know if I owe them money. Of course, they don't send out bills anymore. So I don't know when I owe them money. AAAIIIRRRGGGHHH!!!

I like nuts. Especially pistachios. Cashews are good too, though. Yum yum yum.
That is all.
That is all.

In all of it's glory
So, I'm finally posting. Since I posted last, there was Christmas, and a lot of fun family times, which included my Mom's cousin telling my brother Matt to "make sure he puts a wrapper on it" and losing at Harry Potter Scene It to my cousin Elizabeth.
New Year's eve was uneventful, really. Family party with mostly my dad's friends and my brothers' girlfriends. But it was a decent time.
Other than that, I mainly croched and sat around reading or playing Jade Empire over break. I did get to see Betsy again--we went to Red Lobster, which was fun, after a day of chilling in town.
Since I got back to campus, things have been good. Haven't seen my girlfriend yet, I miss her! But my classes are looking pretty good, and I've got some quality time in with Paul.
Other than that, not much is really new, at least nothing that I can think of right now.
