So, my break so far has been great. I got to my house on Friday with Savannah and Adam in tow without incident, and we went out to go winery hopping. We visited two wineries in my area, then we went back to my house to watch anime. On Saturday morning, I drove us into Pittsburgh, where we went to a nice sushi restuarant. We split a big sushi platter, and had warm saki and green tea ice cream for dessert. Then, we went to Grant and Wendy's house, then hurried to the museum. Pitt students get in for free, so Grant, Savannah, Adam, and I all got in for nothing. We saw the bog people exhibit, which was pretty cool, Savannah really liked the way that they had it set up. We tooled around the museum for a bit longer, then met Wendy and Paul for dinner. We went into one place, but it sucked, so we left and wandered over to a place called Joe Mama's. Savannah and I each had a really lovely drink--champagne and strawberry puree. I really liked it. Then, we went back to the house to get ready and pick a club. While we were there we played some Super Smash Brothers, and I lost terribly many times. Grant drove Adam, Savannah, and me to The Matrix, where they have four dance floors, while Paul waited at Grant's.
Dancing was a lot of fun, for a lot of the time it was just us dancing in the techno room, though. I didn't really dig the other rooms, and I felt silly dancing with people watching us, but it was still fun. And we got in free there, too. We spent less money than we had planned on, and that is always good. Paul was still at Grant's when we got back, and that made me happy. We got on the road the next day, and went sled riding when we got back. It was great. We couldn't go on the road because the snow had mostly melted and there were lots of rocks, but we made our own little sledding area on the bank by one of my grandfather's fields. Then we watched "Once Upon a Matress" with my mom. It was decent. Savannah left Monday morning, and on Tuesday, I had to wake up at 5:00 AM to drive Adam to a bus station in Erie because his mother made arrangements without talking to us about them first. *hisses* But Adam got back safe, so all is well.
Yesterday I went to visit Harriet in Meadville, and we went to go see Aeon Flux. I thought it was pretty good, really. Now, I'm at Betsy's house using her internet because mine at home sucks. I should go be good company now, though. ^_^

Finals week...
So, I'm done with Chem, Lit, and Ceramics. I have an A in Ceramics, I should have an A in Lit, too. Chem, I'm hoping for a B in... *crosses fingers* Tomorrow, I have my 18th Century final, which is making me feel like a Swede at Poltava, and then I have my Econ final, which I'm hoping isn't too bad, since my study time is focused on history. Must get back to the studying now. Really, I just wanted to use the phrase "Like a Swede at Poltava." Look up Poltava on wikipedia if you can't figure out what it means. History is fun!

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
It was perfect. Really. Everything was just... perfect. Go see it.
Today has been a great day. Really. ^_^
Today has been a great day. Really. ^_^
Ice Skating! And that damn chicken game..
Savannah and I went ice skating. It was fun, I'm not great at it, but I only biffed the once. Fell on my knee, so, better than my face.
We were the only people over 16 there, I think. Little kids with bad haircuts skated circles around us. But it was a lot of fun. Harriet let me borrow a hat, which I looked absolutely absurd in, it was great.
After ice skating, we went back to Savannah's house, watched "The Modern Girl's Guide to Life," "The Look for Less," and "Iron Chef." Overall, I've had a super duper evening.
Before that, I got my ceramics stuff done and gave Jeff a backrub. ^_^ And I finally got to the bank. However, I spent a lot of today playing that stupid chicken word game. It's just addicting.
Tomorrow, I'm going on a date! Paul is taking me out for Mexican food, then we're going to see "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe." I'm so excited, I can't wait to see it; I have been looking forward to the movie since the first preveiw I saw. It looks so pretty.
Then, on Saturday, Lance is coming over and we're going to play some Goldeneye on the N64. I'm going to get shot a lot. Then, on Monday, if our paper is officially finished, Adam and I are going out to celebrate that.
I'm really looking forward to Christmas break. At least the beginning of it. Savannah and Adam are coming home with me, and we're planning on going wineries, watching anime, going to the museum in Pittsburgh, hopefully seeing Grant and Wendy, maybe getting suishi for lunch, and going clubbing. Paul is going to make sure that we don't die driving about in Pittsburgh at night. ^_^ Then, on Sunday, we're going sledriding. Savannah has to leave on Monday, I'm not sure how long Adam is staying.
But, since Harriet lives in Meadville, she and I are going to hang out, we were thinking about going to Grove City, playing "The Look for Less" at the outlets, then going to dinner at The Iron Bridge in our new outfits. It should be a lot of fun. I just need to get through the next week. *crosses my fingers*

SNOW
There's a lot of it. It's finally stopped, though. It's supposed to start back up and go all day tomorrow, though.
I like Christmas music. I'm compiling a list of my favorites. So far, I have...
1. Feliz Navidad (I'm serious. I love it.)
2. Silverbells
3. I want a Hippopatamus for Christmas
4. Have a Holly Jolly Christmas
I need to round at least the top five. The top ten probably won't be hard, there are so many great Christmas songs. Any suggestions are welcome.
