I couldn't sleep last night. I played kotor till half twelve, then went to bed and didn't get to sleep till three at the earliest. Mom woke me up for breakfast this morning. I played some piano. Dad and Ian have been on the xbox all day, I'm bored out of my skull. I wrote some checks, paid some bills, finished Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, talked to Aunt Vicky and Bev on the phone, signed up for the kodak online picture thing, ordered my 10 free prints, which probably won't get here till just after I leave, and now I'm posting. Hopefully Ian will get sick of sucking at his game and let me play soon. Probably just in time for dinner, knowing my luck.

Home!
My drive was uneventful, got home in 2hrs 15mins. Traffic wasn't bad, and the roads were fine. After I got home, Betsy came over and we went shopping at the outlets. Then we came back here, watched Matt and Brad play Halo 2 for a bit, then we went to Greenville with Matt and met Ian and Mom and Dad for wings at Jules. It was nice. Betsy and I went to Walmart on the way home, now Mom and Dad are watching tv and I can't play xbox because Dad brought it downstairs so he could play. Ugh.

Sorry about the lack of updates...
So, I've been crazy busy lately. You know, with the shiny new boyfriend, updating gets put on the back burner. But I have a few idle hours ahead of me, working from 4-9, and I doubt that we'll get very busy.
I got my poetry paper turned in today, and tomorrow is the beginning of Thanksgiving break. Should be fun, family time and playing xbox and spending time with my friends. Betsy and I are going to Grove City tomorrow. I'm excited. ^_^
We had Adam's birthday party the other night, finally. That was fun. But then later there was that whole thing with the cops and that was just unpleasant and I don't want to think back on it. It just upsets me.
In my game last week they fought werewolves. That was fun. We finally played Mage again this weekend, which kicked ass. I've got a character concept for Jeff's game after break, I am hoping to get her drawn up this evening while I hang out with Adam, Josh, and Artie and we watch Red Dwarf and finish off any left over food we have lying about the place.
I don't know what my family is doing for Thanksgiving. I would like to go to Dan and Margie's, because I always have a good time when we do. But I guess Margie's father is really sick, and Mom hadn't heard anything about getting together the last time I asked about it. So it'll probably be just the five of us, maybe Aunt Anne and Uncle Larry, but probably just me, Matt, Ian, Mom, and Dad. Which isn't a bad thing. Aunt Vicky and Grandma are going to have their celebration at Aunt Vicky's house, it's kinda a tradition for them, which is nice but I wish I could see them.
I haven't talked to Jay in forever, I don't know if he's going to be home or not.
I'm reading Harry Potter again, Paul lent me the first two books, when I get done posting I'm going to re-submerge myself in Chamber of Secrets.
I'm really jumping all over the place in this post.
The last time I posted was a week ago yesterday. That's a lot of time to cover, and I really don't remember what happened around it. I went to the play three times this weekend, it was good, Artie brought me dinner at the pool one night last week, and that was really nice, we went out for pie and tea one night after I went to the play. Warm pecan pie with ice cream.. was totally the best thing I've eaten in a looong time. hehe.. I have a boyfriend who takes me out and actually can drive to do so... *pleased*
So, it'll be a while till I update again, unless I decide to deal with the insanely slow internet at home and post there. I might, if I'm really bored. Who knows.

FUCK POETRY
So, I'm done with my poetry paper. It's onto the fifth page. I need to double its length. I have to talk to Helen about it tomorrow. Because I have nowhere left to go.
I've not posted in a while, so I'll do my fun flashback thing. Saturday, we went to Jeff and Suzanne's wedding reception. I drove with Hilary and Josh. We got there pretty much without serious problem. We did take a wrong turn and tour bumfuck Tiduote (or however you spell it) but we got back on track and even got there early. Paul, Vita, and Adam didn't show up till about an hour later.. We thought that they were lost forever, for sure. I missed the Baily's Beads thing because we stayed at the party, because it was a wedding reception and it was fun, and we wanted to be there for our friends. Josh navigated us back on route 666, just for fun. Satan's highway is great. It's twisty and full of lots of dips and cracks. I almost got air a couple of times.
Then, after we got back, I went to see The Incredibles with Artie, Hilary, Josh, and Adam. It was a cute movie. ^_^ Then, much later, Artie and I officially hooked up, so I've got a boyfriend now... Woot! ^_^
Sunday I watched the Steelers beat the Browns, 24-10, then went to Olean with Hilary, Josh, and Ben. We stopped at K-Mart on the way, since it was closing, and I picked up a sweet new poster and some air fresheners for the area around the trash can. Then we went to Wendy's and got frosties. Frosties are awesome. And apparently Ben has put in tons of hours at Wendy's, so if you ever have questions about its inner workings, go to him.
Artie brought his NES over, and I've been sucking at Duck Hunt, but it's as much fun as I remember... (though I used to be much better at it.. back in the day..) I made a basket today, and my tarot cards came in.. game will be late tonight because Paul and Adam have a dress rehersal. But that's not tooo bad, because British literature for tomorrow is cancelled. Of cousre, I still need to write a story response for Fiction, and read all of the stuff for Feature, and I have to present my unfinished paper in Poetry. I don't know why I have to be fucking first... grrrr!
So, overall.. I'm good. ^_~

Working girl
So, today I'm subbing for Elisha at work because she subbed for me last night. I had a headache all day yesterday, and I wanted to take a nap instead of coming to work. The napping was nice, I had crazy dreams, and Artie came over and that was nice, too. He took me out for lunch today, too.
Last night, we played Eberon D&D instead of gurps because Adam skipped out on us to go see a movie with some dude named Jim. We played till 2:30. The last encounter was crazy, we just stood back and shot at these zombie giants in a pit. My character, who is crazy sweet, makes cool magic items. I made myself a cloak of resistance +1. Is awesome.
Wednesday night, I ran my D&D, it was rather short... Nothing else of much note.
Tonight starts the Baily's Beads cover photo contest, tomorrow it ends, and I have a wedding reception to go to so there will be much craziness and driving and running about. And I have yet to start my poetry paper. *sigh*

Peole walk in, people walk out..
Today was a pretty decent day.. long, though, looking back. I got my news writing thing done and I'm solid for tomorrow's homework overall. The dinner at Beefeaters was good, not much conversation required of me and a very good steak.
Then Firefly, which was fun, I got rescued, and did not die, which is always good. And the captain is letting me stay on the ship and not letting the rest of the crew treat me like I'm not a person. Which is also good.
Class tomorrow morning, which is totally suck. Should get to bed.
Ooh, and I am bad and I splurged to buy a new tarot deck.. it's pretty.

Huh.
So, my D&D game went pretty well on Wednesday, then Thursday was remarkably long, and we played GURPS, and Friday was uneventful till we ended Vampire by getting blowed up then I came back home and hung out with Eric, Jeremy, Artie, Savannah, and Elisha. Was up till 6 am. Saturday, watched Gundam Wing with Ben and Adam then today I went caving, and it was fun. It actually gave me some fun D&D setting ideas. Tonight, Paul ran Buffy, crazy watcher's council bastards took over my house. But we got to have a girls night, and that was fun.
Tomorrow, I have to write my news writing assingment, and I really should start work on the damn poetry paper. Argh. Homework is bad!
OOh! There is a movie based on Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galexy! It's really bad, made by BBC, but it's great at the same time!!! So, it's on my list of things to finish along with the Gundam Wing series. And also things that Paul will walk into the room and be horrified that we're watching.

Election day
At least Kerry won PA. It's not done yet, I'm going to bed. I've got to say that the highlight of the election coverage was the Daily Show's use of a clip from Tron.
Normal day today. Nothing monumental or especially blogworthy. Ben ran evil D&D, Paul managed to get himself killed and destroy the plot. Tomorrow, I'm running my good D&D, and there will hopefully be many battles.

The good weekend
This weekend was great. I left on Friday and went home, where I got good food and spent time with my family, and played hours upon hours of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic on our xbox. I got my car inspected.
Jeff, Suzanne, and Paul got to my house to pick me up around 2:30 on Saturday, and we went down to visit Grant and Wendy. It was a wonderful time, we played some D&D (fifteenth level monks are fun!) and a lot of Super Smash Brothers. A whole lot. I think I spent more time playing video games this weekend than in the entire past year. We also got to a gaming store and I picked up some pretty new dice.
Got back here yesterday, late evening, around 8 or 9. Watched Lady Hawk with Adam and Elisha, then went to bed. Today, I met with Nancy about my schedule and added capstone to my class list. Then I went and got my oil changed. My car is all happy. Woot.
